What we collect
When you complete the Revenue Opportunity Audit, we collect your first name, last name, business name, and email address, along with the assessment answers you provide and the calculated estimates shown in your report. If you choose to book an Audit Review, we also collect the appointment details you submit.
How we use it
We use your information to generate and deliver your audit report, to contact you about an Audit Review, and to improve our services. If you opt in to marketing emails (a separate, optional checkbox), we may also send you occasional tips and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Marketing consent
Marketing email consent is optional and separate from receiving your report. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from receiving the report you requested.
Campaign attribution
If you arrive via a campaign link, we may preserve standard attribution parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign) with your lead for reporting purposes.
Data storage
Your assessment answers are stored locally in your browser while you complete the audit. When you submit the lead form, your details are sent to ARCFlow Solutions's CRM for delivery and follow-up.
